 I’m
Diane Comer. I am the
legal administrator for
Kurtz & Peckham and have
been with the firm since
1986. I handle probate,
estate planning, wills,
guardianships and all
business transactions.
What I
find most rewarding about my career in law is to have the knowledge and
compassion to guide clients through their legal situation and obtain the
client’s desired results. I spend my free time with my husband on our
ranch in eastern Colorado and manage our Independent Trucking Company. I
enjoy gardening, traveling, horse back riding, and spending time with my
family and animals.

 I'm
Sandy Rider. I handle
all the domestic cases
at Kurtz & Peckham
including dissolution of marriage, marital agreements, child support,
parenting time and adoption. I have been with Kurtz & Peckham since
January of 2001. My husband and I live in eastern Colorado where my
husband farms. We have three children, two sons and a daughter. We are also
enjoying our three grandchildren.

 I’m
Tonya Powers. I am the
legal assistant you will
talk to if you have a
legal matter concerning
traffic, criminal,
juvenile, civil, and/or
administrative law.
I enjoy getting to
interact with the many
different people and
cases that we handle. I
enjoy working in the
close knit, family like
environment of Kurtz & Peckham. I am the mother of
three, two boys and a daughter. My family and I are currently living in
North Denver.

 I'm
Holly Romero. I am the
assistant to the legal
assistants. I help with
many of the legal duties
needed in the office. I
work in specific detail
on client wills and can
answer many basic
questions clients have
about their will forms.
I have been a member of
the Kurtz & Peckham
support staff for over 5 years. I began as a part-time employee and I am
now a full time employee. I have a baby daughter and a wonderful man
that are the light of my life. |
