Diane Comer is a paralegal and the legal administrator for Kurtz & Peckham, PC and has been with the firm since 1986. Diane handles probate, estate planning, wills, guardianships, domestic, and business transactions. What she finds most rewarding about her career in law is to have the knowledge and compassion to guide clients through their legal situation and obtain their desired results. She lives in the country in eastern Colorado. She spends her free time gardening, playing with her border collies, traveling, square dancing, horseback riding, working cattle, and spending time with her family and friends.
Brenda Rohn handles all traffic and criminal cases as well as estate planning documents. She previously worked at Kurtz & Peckham, PC as a part-time intern during high school and has rejoined the firm as a full-time legal assistant. Brenda enjoys working closely with the clients and she strives to satisfy their legal needs in a professional yet personable manner. Brenda is a Colorado native, currently residing in Denver. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading and writing, and spending time outdoors, especially hiking and fishing in the mountains.
Allison Bradley joined Kurtz & Peckham, PC in the summer of 2017, as an administrative assistant. Allison schedules appointments, handles initial attorney/client matters, maintains the day-to-day upkeep of the office, and manages various marketing projects. With a background in English, her favorite task at Kurtz & Peckham, PC is updating and reworking marketing materials to keep our clients in touch with the firm. Her time away from work is dedicated to hanging out with her cat, Frank, finding a great new book, riding her bike, and discovering new and interesting board games.
